Role & Responsibilities

• Lead an underwriting team focused on mid-market commercial business.
• Oversee 3-5 direct reports.
• Ensure adherence to all government regulations and company standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with broker partners to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
