Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide and mentor our teams in Agile methodologies, helping us enhance our processes and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and promote Agile practices across multiple teams.
- Mentor and train team members on Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assess the current Agile maturity of the teams and develop strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile initiatives with business goals.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years' experience in Project Management in IT with 5+ years as Scrum Master / Or 3+ years of Experience in Training & Coaching in Scrum Certifications.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Agile coaching certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Agile Coach, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe RTE) is desirable.
- Practical experience with one or more Scaled Agile Approaches (Scrum of Scrums, Spotify model, LeSS, Nexus, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaling methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Familiarity with CI-CD tool stacks, Release Automation, Deployment Automation etc.
- Deep-rooted expertise in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools such as Jira, PlanView etc.
