Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Services client who are seeking an Agile Coach to join their growing team on a Permanent basis.
This role is a major part of an organisation wide transformation the business is currently going through. This is a pivotal role in the success of this project.
The ideal candidate will be an Agile Coach OR a Senior Scrum Master with strong exposure to coaching coming from an Insurance background.
Quick overview:
- Foster and scale an agile culture and practices throughout the organisation
- Collaborate with agile squads daily, offering coaching and feedback to squad members and Kanban teams
- Design and implement coaching plans, governance frameworks, and agreements.
The role:
- Perm role - competitive salary plus bens
- 2 days on site per week required in Waterford
