Oliver James is delighted to partner with a leader in the insurance industry to recruit an Accounts Receivable Analyst for their Finance department. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-value transactions, multiple currencies, and a collaborative international team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily cashbook records across multiple bank accounts and currencies.
- Accurately capture and process cash receipts in the underwriting system within pre-defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Resolve queries in collaboration with internal teams or directly with brokers.
- Build relationships to assist with query resolution and maintain effective tracking of updates on collection status.
- Work closely with underwriting operations to reconcile policies in the system.
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Perform ad hoc reconciliation, project work, and general administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and market conduct standards.
What You'll Need:
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and adhere to SLAs.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Fluency in English.
- A motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
